Good morning everyone. Today is Tuesday, March 10, 2026. This is our third meeting of the committee on corporations authorities and commissions. We have with us the new guy, Senator Eric Batcher. Senate Bill S 2556 by Senator Comrie is an act to amend the public authorities law in relation to disposals and contracts for disposal of property.
This bill provides that when land is disposed of by public authority certain safeguards are in place when it is over a certain fair market value. Any questions or comments?

Senate Bill 7858 is an action in the public Public authorities law in relation to senate confirmation of certain chief executive officers into repeal section 2850 of the Public authorities law.
This bill repeals the requirement that the senate vote to confirm the appointment of certain chief executive officers within the time period and amends provision of law related thereof. Any questions will come.
