Committee on Agriculture, Water and Natural Resources after consideration on the Meritza Committee recommends the following House Bill 1341 be referred favorably to the Committee on Finance. Committee on Finance after consideration on the Meritza Committee recommends the following House Bill 1276 is amended and Senate Bill 113 be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with favorable recommendation. Committee on Judiciary after consideration on the Meritza Committee recommends the following Senate bill 104 be referred to the committee of the whole with favor recommendation house bill 1285 be postponed indefinitely. Committee on state civic military and veterans affairs after consideration on the merits of the committee recommends the following house concurrent resolution 102 be postponed indefinitely Committee on transportation housing local government after consideration on the Mercer Committee recommends the following House Concurrent Resolution 1002 be postponed indefinitely Committee on Transportation Housing and Local Government after consideration on the Mercer Committee recommends the following Senate Bill 40 is amended, 92 is amended, and 109 is amended. Senate Bill 5 by Senators Weissman and Gonzalez, also Representatives Mabry and Zocay, concerning state court remedies for violations of federal constitutional rights occurring during immigration enforcement and a connection therewith making an appropriation.

Senate Bill 5 will be assigned to the Committee on Judiciary.

Senate Bill 72 by Senators Carson and Snyder, also Representative Espinoza, concerning increasing criminal penalties related to assaultive conduct with a motor vehicle and a connection therewith, adding the conduct of causing the death of another person with a motor vehicle to the crime of criminally negligent homicide.

Senate Bill 72 will be assigned to the Committee on Judiciary. I have an announcement pursuant to my authority as Speaker under House Rule 27A, subsection E, and at the sponsor's request, I direct the Chief Clerk to remove Representative Duran's name as co-prime sponsor of House Bill 261030.
