And then Mr Sweetman would you like to describe what in here Thank you Madam Chair Richard Sweetman Legislative Legal Services The Conference Committee report that before you states that the House will recede from its amendments made to the bill as the amendments appear in the re-revised, and that also under the authority granted to the committee to consider matters not at issue between the two houses, the following amendment will be recommended. First, you'll see language there that adds back in to the bill the language that was added concerning collective bargaining agreements in two places. And then secondly, you'll see below that language that delays Section 3 of this Act until January 1, 2028.
