A quorum is present on our agenda today. We have House Bill 586, House Bill 980, House Bill 1522, House Bill 1541, House Bill 1706, and House Bill 2333. Committee Executive Director, please provide a brief overview of the bills.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. We have House Bill 586, which amends the Solid Waste Management Act to provide for the storage and use of food processing, residuals, and farming operations. House Bill 980 amends the Pharmacy Act to add two members to the State Board of Pharmacy Okay House Bill 1522 establishes the Fuel Gas Detector Act House Bill 1541 voids certain provisions pertaining to indemnification and construction contracts. House Bill 1706 provides new requirements regarding student mental health awareness. And House Bill 2333 reauthorizes and make changes to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Code.
