We are here to continue the work of the Senate Workplace Harassment Committee following our first meeting on June 16th. We're here on Tuesday, June 30th. I don't have any opening remarks other than the work that I think we need to continue doing in executive session. Do committee members have any comments before we move along? Okay. Okay. Mr. Vice Chair, did you receive the motion? Do you want to go ahead? Thank you.

I did. Yes, Mr. Chair. Thank you. I move that the Senate Workplace Harassment Committee meet in executive, excuse me, in executive session in accordance with Section 24-6-402-3A Roman numeral 3 CRS for the purpose of matters related to Senate Rule 21G3 and Joint Rule 38 pertaining to the General Assembly's workplace harassment policy.

I move that this committee ask HR to refer the complaint to the president under the workplace expectations policy, and further that the committee suggests that letters of apology may be an appropriate remedy under that policy.
