Quorum is present. Before we begin today, I do want to take a moment to offer some words. As many of us have now been made aware, one of our committee members and one of our dear friends, Representative Kozorowski, has shared that she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and she is and has been currently undergoing treatment. I just wanted to say on behalf of this committee to one of our great members who may be watching right now. I don't know why, but she may be watching because she is still providing great service to the folks in her district, even though she is recovering, that all of the members, I believe I can speak for all the members of this committee. Representative Kozarski, we love you, we're praying for you, and we're wishing you a speedy recovery.

Chairman? Yes, thank you, Chairman. I was not aware of that, so I appreciate you bringing that to our attention. If she's listening, I think that it's unilaterally all of our thoughts and prayers are with the representative. We appreciate her service to this committee and her service to this Commonwealth, and she is truly an outstanding member of this body. Thank you, sir.
