Mr. President, the Committee on State Veterans and Military Affairs has had in consideration the head of hearing on the following appointments and recommends that the appointments be placed in the consent calendar and confirm. Member of the Colorado Board of Veterans Affairs, effective July 1st, 2025, for term expiring June 30th, 2029. Sheldon Smith of Montrose, Colorado, serves as a veteran who has been honorably released or separated from the Armed Forces the United States appointed. Mr. President, the Committee on State Veterans and Military Affairs has had her in consideration and had a hearing on the following appointments and recommends that the appointments be placed in the consent calendar and confirm. Executive Director of the Department of Personnel and Administration for a term expiring at the pleasure of the Governor, Jana Locke of Denver, Colorado, appointed.
