Senate Chamber of Columbus, Ohio, Wednesday, March 4th, 1.30 p.m. One bill was introduced and considered the first time. 17 bills were considered the second time. Four bills were considered the third time and passed. One resolution was offered and adopted. Two resolutions were offered and referred to committee on the motion of Senator Reineke. The Senate adjourned until Tuesday, March 10th at 9.30 a.m.

Mr. President, I'm directed to inform you that the House of Representatives has adopted the following concurrent resolution in which concurrence of the Senate is requested. House Concurrent Resolution No. 39, Speaker Huffman, Representative Eikenson, authorizing a joint convention of the Ohio General Assembly for the purpose of receiving a message from the governor and calling upon a committee to wait upon the governor in anticipation of a state of the state address.

Mr. President, I'm directed to inform you that the Speaker of the House of Representatives will sign the following bill substitute Senate Bill 9 Senator Blessing and others So before we adjourn for this session everybody I think remembers how this works

You should have on your desk a seating chart that should tell you where you are seated. It is assigned seating, for better or worse. After we are done here, I would urge you don't go down through the rotunda, but rather go through these doors and go all the way over to the House chamber through these doors. We're going to have some time between now and when we start. I would urge everybody to please be at your assigned seat with maybe five, ten minutes prior to the noon hour. That way we can start on time and get the show rolling at that point. So with that being said, the chair recognizes Senator Reineke for a motion.
