Senate Bill 1462 is an act to amend the public authorities law in relation to establishing ground rent rebates for eligible homeowners and renters in the Battery park project area.

This bill would increase transparency to certain information that public authorities are required to report by making it available in the Public Authorities Reporting Information system. S8001 is an activity amend the public authorities law in relation to authorizing the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation to award grants and loans to non public entities for certain water quality projects.

Does that include. What kind of water quality projects does it include? Like things like Legionnaires or.
Well, Legionnaires are separate issue. That's Legionnaires. Something that is found. But this is more for projects that they're doing for new construction, old construction and reconstruction of projects. We didn't include investigations for Legionnaires because that's a separate.
This is specifically for. Not lead or anything like that? No, this is specific to pfas.
