Sure. I promise I'll be brief. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. While I definitely support the underlying bill here, what we're trying to do with this concept, and I know we've tackled some similar concepts in our committee earlier this session. And I will be voting yes. I'll ask my colleagues to vote yes. Hopefully we can address some of the concerns that have been put out there over the last week or so since the bill came up.
