Committee on Business, Labor, and Technology. After consideration on the merits, the committee recommends the following. Senate Bill 156 be amended as follows. And as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with favorable recommendation.

Mr. President, the Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources had under consideration had a hearing on the following appointments and recommends that the appointments be placed on the consent calendar and confirmed. Member of the Coal Mine Board of Examiners for a term expiring beginning July 2, 2025, expiring July 1, 2029, Eric Popham of Rangely, Colorado, to serve as a coal mine owner, operator, or manager engaged in underground mining and engineering experience, and coal mining appointed.

Mr. President, the Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources had under consideration had a hearing on the following appointments.
