In front of us, we have House Bill 1042, which permits state inmates to reduce their aggregate minimum sentence through vocational training and educational credit. House Bill 1260 requires new large-scale warehouses and distribution centers to be solar-ready and provides for local tax exemptions for solar-ready projects on existing warehouses and distribution centers. House Bill 1344 requires a municipal police officers' education and training commission to develop standards for canine units that may be exposed to fentanyl. House Bill 1750 provides a regulatory framework for the cremation of companion animals. House Bill 2189 increases the minimum wage in Pennsylvania. Senate Bill 862 amends the borough code to provide for expedited filling of vacancies on a borough council. Senate Bill 997 increases the membership of the Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee by adding a member from the Pennsylvania Online Messengers Association Board of Directors House Resolution 424 designating March 25 2026 as Prince Hall Mason Day at the Capitol in recognition of the most worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania.
