Quorum is present. Before we begin today, I do want to make mention I am joined today by a friend of mine who, when I was at Millersville, the greatest state system school on earth, when I was at Millersville, this gentleman and I were a part of the Student Government Association together and hung out, and he was really a good friend of mine, and he came up to visit me in the Capitol today. That's my good friend Matt Butch, who is here, everybody. All right. We were just talking about how when I was at Millersville, I was on, they called it the allocations committee. It was the organization that managed the student activities fund. Who would have guessed? Well, I think I do that now, right? Anyway, so I'm glad to have him here today. On our agenda today, we have House Bills 507, 1345, 1346, 2135, and Senate Bills 115 and 806. Committee Executive Director, please provide a brief overview of the bills.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman. We have House Bill 507, which establishes the Baby Food Protection Act to regulate toxic heavy metals and baby foods sold or distributed in the Commonwealth. House Bill 1345 requires medical assistance program to cover treatments for menopause. House Bill 1346 requires health insurance to cover treatments for menopause. House Bill 2135 establishes the Menopause and Perimenopause Workplace Protection and Accommodation Act Senate Bill 115 establishes the Taxpayer Prevention Against Fraud Act and provides individuals without a high school diploma or equivalent who are seeking employment as a rec care staff with alternative means of demonstrating proficiency. Senate Bill 806 creates the Artificial Intelligence Deceptive Advertising Act. So ends the agenda, Mr. Chairman.

Before this committee now is that package of bills.
Is there any discussion on the package?
Yes, Mr. Chairman. On this package of bills, all Republicans will be voting in the affirmative.
All the Democrats will also be recorded in the affirmative, and therefore, House Bill 507, 1345, 1346, and Senate Bill 806 will pass this committee with a unanimous vote. Seeing that there's no further business before this committee, this committee meeting will now stand adjourned.
