Thank you. I rise to recognize visitors from the 29th Legislative District, students, faculty and the newly appointed President of Lake Forest College. The students who are with us today hail from the State of Illinois, from other states across the country and even from other countries. And that reflects the larger student body at this college. These students bring with them a range of perspectives, which is just one of the many qualities that makes the experience at Lake Forest College unique and rewarding. They are joined today by Dr. Zach Cook, Associate Professor of Politics, and that is -- he is also accompanied by the new Lake Forest College President, Dr. "Mike" Sosulski. This is the doctor's first visit, he is the 15th President of the College, and I hope this is only the first of what I hope will be many visits to our State Capitol. Dr. Sosulski grew up in West Chicago and is the son of educators, giving him vast experience in higher education, and he is deeply committed to the liberal arts. Please join me in welcoming him here today.
