Message from the Governor will be lost in the journal forever. Oh wait, introduction of bills. Senate Bill 167 by Senators Benavidez and Mullicals, the representatives of Bessenecker and Lindsay, concerning a covered person's contribution under a health benefit plan based on out-of-pocket expenses attributable to the purchase of prescription drugs. Senate Bill 167 will be assigned to the Committee on Health and Human Services. Senate Bill 181 by Senators Mobley and Kirkmeyer, also Representatives Brown and Tigert, concerning modifying the Colorado Works program. Senate Bill 181 will be assigned to the Committee on Appropriations. Madam Majority Leader.
