Introduction of bills. Senate Bill 116 by Senator Weissman, also Representative Zokai, concerning the taxation of property and in connection there with modifying the qualified senior primary residence benefit and modifying the taxation of business personal property Senate Bill 116 will be assigned to the Committee on Finance Senate Bill 160 by Senators Rodriguez and Gonzalez also Representatives Duran and Martinez concerning employee protections in the workplace Senate Bill 160 will be assigned to Business Affairs and Labor. Senate Bill 163 by Senator Roberts, also Representative Smith, concerning the regulation of gambling activities in the state and in connection therewith, expanding the membership of the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission, expanding the scope of the licensing duties that the Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission may delegate to the Division of Gaming, allowing the individuals to voluntarily exclude themselves from sports betting in the state and allowing the director of the Division of Gaming to approve optional wagers and minor modifications for certain table games. Senate Bill 163 will be assigned to the Committee on Finance. Senate Bill 169 by Senators Roberts and Carson, also Representatives Luck and Camacho, concerning the non-substantive revision of the Colorado revised statutes as amended and in therewith, amending or repealing obsolete, imperfect, and inoperative law to preserve the legislative intent effect and meaning of the law. Senate Bill 169 will be assigned to the Committee on Judiciary. Introduction of resolution House Joint Resolution 1029 by Representative Bottoms concerning investigating allegations of violations of the Colorado False Claims Act House Joint Resolution 1029 will be assigned to the Committee on State, Civic, Military, and Veterans Affairs.
