Good morning. Thank you. Chairman Landis, Vice Chair Johnson, Ranking Member Blackshear, and members of the Senate Addiction and Community Revitalization Committee, thank you for the opportunity to provide testimony today. My name is Dominique Page. I am the Executive Director of the Franklin County Community-Based Correctional Facility. and a trustee of Corgis Inc. Corgis is a professional association that represents 11 publicly operated CBCFs in Ohio. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to provide proponent testimony on House Bill 393. CBCFs have existed in Ohio since 1978, when the first one was created by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections. CBCS have since grown to serve all 88 counties in Ohio, providing residential treatment to approximately 7,000 offenders annually, with several thousand
