Committee Executive Director, please provide a brief overview of the bills.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman. In front of us, we have House Bill 1964, which provides for moratorium on the privatization of public water and wastewater systems. House Bill 2150 requires reporting of energy and water usage by data center facilities. House Bill 848 adds a representative from the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency and the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission as members of the State Planning Board. So is the agenda, Mr. Chairman.
