With the quorum present, we will proceed as a full committee, do things a little bit different this morning. I am going to do the minutes where I usually forget. So minutes are on your iPads. If you would take a look, there's no additions or corrections. We will accept the minutes as presented. Therefore, the minutes are approved as presented. We just have two things on the agenda today. The first order of business is approval of governor's appointment for Dennis Dieters with an appointment to the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. His biography was sent to the members' offices on Thursday and can be found on the iPads. Is there a motion for the governor's appointment?
